Where is my package?

PACKAGE DELIVERY + SHIPPING

All packages that are ordered on behalf of a student organizations should ultimately be delivered to the Student Organization Resource Center (SORC) which is located on the third floor of the Rush Building.

However… Most packages that are being delivered to Drexel University must first go through Drexel Shipping & Receiving before making it to their final destination, in this case, the SORC. This means 2 things for you:

  1. It can take a bit longer than expected/estimated to get your packages/shipments because they do not go directly to the Rush Building.

  2. If you have a package that you know has been delivered and it has been a while since the courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) confirmed delivery to Drexel, you may need to contact Shipping & Receiving and ask if you package is stuck there. The inventory manager can assist you with this.

AFTER DELIVERY

Please reach out to the inventory manager for all questions regarding the location of your package/supplies once it has been delivered + received. They will be able to tell you if your ordered supplies are being stored in the CAB office or another CAB storage space.
