TICKETING MANAGER
GENERAL OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The ticketing manager will be ultimately responsible for all ticketing operations and box office management at CAB. This person will be tasked with upkeep and management of all ticketing software as well as the efficient collection, review, and distribution of all event details related to ticketing or attendance.
DUTIES:
*Although the list below aims to be a comprehensive view of what this role will entail, all roles on CAB are subject to change and duties are likely to be expanded or contracted during your time serving in this role.
Oversee collection of all necessary ticketing information from event planners (# of tickets, ticket price, event location, event description/copy, etc.).
Create all ticketing pages + manage all BOH functions for relevant ticketing platforms.
Populate and distribute all revenue reports according to all revenue that was collected during any given term. (Revenue reports should be generated at least twice a term)
Act as the main point of contact for any general ticketing questions. Be CAB’s expert on ticketing + box office functions.
Handle all discrepancies or problems that arise regarding student tickets, complaints, refunds, etc.
Ensure the student body is provided a smooth ticketing process for all events that CAB produces.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / PREREQUISITES:
This person should be HIGHLY organized
This person is HIGHLY attentive in regard to communication + has a STRONG detail-oriented mindset.

Treasurer (for all things related to ticket sales, transfers, and/or refunds + reconciling of ticket revenue each term)
Director of Marketing (for all things related to ticket distribution + marketing)

Full-time, non-exec, special

Office Hours: 5 (outside of your normal duties)

Committee Meetings: N/A (welcome to join exec meetings)
