VICE PRESIDENT
GENERAL OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

DUTIES:
*Although the list below aims to be a comprehensive view of what this role will entail, all roles on CAB are subject to change and duties are likely to be expanded or contracted during your time serving in this role.
Duties:
General Duties:
Attend weekly check-in meetings with CAB’s current advisor and CAB’s current president.
Create and maintain event approvals template slides.
Collect and compile all event approvals slides for presentation at GBM during week 4 of each term (excluding spring term).
Prepare materials for and lead all CAB retreat sessions throughout the year (generally 1 or 2).
Manage all recruitment + onboarding practices including, but not limited to: revising and distributing all recruitment materials, tracking the recruitment process on Monday.com, responding to emails about recruitment, lead all training sessions and track new members’ progress.
Judicial Duties:
Track all infraction points that member of CAB collect throughout the year.
Send out mid-term (Week 5) and end-of-term (Week 10) updates to all members of CAB listing how many infraction points they have, what they have missed or accomplished, and what needs to be improved moving forward.
Coordinate, schedule, and lead any disciplinary action meetings with the respective member member of CAB and any other necessary parties (President, Advisor, Director, other CABies, etc.)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / PREREQUISITES:
Required Experience:
The vice president must have been an active member of CAB for at least six (2) quarters prior to the term they will be taking office
These quarters do not need to be concurrent or uninterrupted.
This person must be in good standing in CAB as well as Drexel University. They may not have any current disciplinary actions or sanctions against them.
This person must be enrolled as an undergraduate student for the upcoming academic year and must be on-campus for the full duration of the term of service.
It is acceptable for the candidate to be on co-op for up to (2) terms during their holding of the vice presidential office. However, they must live in/be based primarily out of Philadelphia.
